Availability

SmartCane is currently presented as a planned launch product. We will show an estimated dispatch date before accepting payment.

Canadian delivery

Launch orders are planned to include standard tracked shipping within Canada. Remote-area charges, taxes and available delivery services will be shown at checkout.

Processing and tracking

In-stock orders normally enter processing within two business days. Tracking information will be provided when the carrier accepts the shipment.

Damage or loss

Contact support promptly with your order number and photographs of damaged packaging or products. Do not use a product that appears damaged.
