Returns and refunds

30-day return period

Direct customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product should be clean, complete and returned with included accessories. Contact us before sending it back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original expedited shipping and damage caused by misuse may not be refundable, subject to applicable law.

Faults and warranty

If a product appears faulty, stop using its electronic features and contact support. Statutory consumer rights and the final limited warranty will apply.

Hygiene and condition

Reasonable evaluation is permitted. Excessive wear, missing parts or contamination may affect return eligibility where allowed by law.
