Our commitment

SmartCane.ca aims to provide a website that supports keyboard navigation, screen readers, text enlargement, clear focus states, meaningful headings, descriptive alternatives for images and readable colour contrast.

Product information in alternative formats

We plan to offer accessible digital instructions and may provide information in another format on request where reasonably possible.

If you encounter a barrier, email accessibility@smartcane.ca and describe the page, task and assistive technology involved. We will review the issue and respond as soon as practical.

Accessibility testing and feedback will continue as the website, companion features and product documentation develop.
